One of the most demanded property of the Bulgarian residential market are in towns and resorts located on the coast of the Black Sea. Bulgaria is a popular summer destination known to tourists from Bulgaria and Russia, countries of Eastern Europe as well as Germany and the UK. Here on the Bulgarian coast there are numerous towns, villages and resorts that have a long well deserved reputation for its sandy beaches, warm waters, sunny days and many different proposals for entertainment and relaxation. The beaches are long for miles and with width up to 200m. as the beaches of Albena. The names here are many and we will list some of the places starting from the north and continue to the south of Bulgarian coast: Kavarna, Balchik, Albena resort, Kranevo, Golden Sands resort, Constantine and Helena resort, Varna, Byala, Obzor, St. Vlas, Sunny Beach resort, Nessebar, Ravda, Pomorie, Burgas, Chernomorets, Sozopol, Primorsko, Kiten, Lozenets, Tsarevo and others. Property prices tend to fall in the direction from north to south. This is due to a greater extent in the building of the southern destinations, especially along the line of Nessebar - Sunny Beach - Sveti Vlas, where practically already can be observed an agglomeration. But as you know prices are formed by many complex factors (quality of construction, furniture, distance to the beach, views, floor common area facilities, infrastructure in the complex and area / resort, etc.) And you can always find an exception to the general rule in both directions at both above and below the average level. These properties can be houses, villas, studios, apartments, vacant plots and even entire hotels. They attract both investors and final users. According to its proximity to the sea properties are divided into those located on the I-st line and the properties of the II-nd and subsequent lines. While this term is not clearly specifies properties that are directly in front of the beach and sea, are considered property of the I-st line. They can be found literally 0-5 meters of the sparkling waves of the sea (example: http://www.bibproperty.com/bg/properties/10 ) or even more than a hundred meters like this holiday resort near Sozopol: http://www.bibproperty.com/bg/properties/1938 . All properties for them are considered as such by the II-nd and subsequent lines.
What might be the advantages and disadvantages of residential properties on the sea? These are different features of the properties such as, of course, the direct sea views. Many people put this as a major factor in the formation of their decision to purchase a property and be able to watch the sun glimmers on the surface of the water and feel the sea breeze and find that very pleasant or romantic. Others stay confident with their pragmatic views and choose dwelling abit backwards from the ideal line at a lower price, realizing that a short walk to the beach would not harm them. Another which all marine sites are associated with are the rich set of proposals for entertainment and tourism. Bulgaria is not just beaches and sea. Nearby the Bulgarian coast has many interesting sights and entertainment objects that are worth a visit: Cape Kaliakra, Cape Emine, the Botanical Garden in Balchik, 3 golf courses, nature reserves "Yailata", "Ropotamo", lunapark "Happy Land" and aqua parks in "Golden Sands" and "Sunny Beach", mud threatment / in Balchik & Pomorie /, numerous restaurants with Bulgarian and international cuisine, nightclubs and discos, excursions inland, museum-towns of Nessebar and Sozopol and boating , water skiing, surfing and more. As a disadvantage for the life of the sea, may be mentioned the high humidity. Crowds of holidaymakers that have occupied the seaside towns and resorts may not be very quiet, but this is according. For some it is a strong disadvantage and they try to avoid it by going to a quiet place and campsites. Others see it as an integral and even desirable part of their holiday.
In conclusion, acquiring a property on the Bulgarian coast will get a house by the sea with multiple entertainment options with lower living costs compared to summer destinations such as Turkey and Greece.
